Small sample volumes used in microbial water samples do not fully represent the potential pathogens that may exist in a larger sample. Analysis of larger sample volumes is necessary for an accurate representation of the water quality.

THE TECHNOLOGY

Intellisense Design has created the Portable Multi-use Automated Concentration System (PMACS) in partnership with the University of South Florida Advanced Biosensors Lab (USF-ABL).

PMACS utilizes advanced control software, SmartFlow, to effectively manage the complexity of the concentration process.
